Year 7 Transition

Welcome to Walderslade and Greenacre Schools Partnership (WGSP) and a milestone year in your child’s education.  Choosing a Secondary School is an important decision for both students and parents.  Here at WGSP, we aim to provide a wide range of opportunities to enable your child/ward to settle in quickly to our academic and social environment and to feel part of the WGSP community.   We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child/ward to our open events. 

2025 – 2026 Cohort

We do hope your child/ward will attend these events.  Our Headteacher, Mrs Campbell will be speaking, as will some of our current students.  These speeches will provide you with an excellent introduction into what WGSP represents.

The New Intake area of our website is dedicated to your child/ward and you, as parents. Please do explore the different areas of our website and see what we can offer both academically and pastorally.

During our open mornings, the school is working as normal and busy with learning. Your guide will ensure that you get to see our staff and students in classrooms and give you the opportunity to speak to students about why they chose WGSP and what makes us so special.

📣📣📣 CALLING ALL YEAR 11 GEOGRAPHY STUDENTS & PARENTS - please read on…There are two upcoming fieldwork days planned to Herne Bay and Reculver on:Thursday 19th September and;Friday 20th September Reminder letters have either been handed out today or will be tomorrow. Please read these carefully.Each student will attend only ONE of these days.
